Holiness: Reflecting Christ Daily

Hey There!! Welcome back… Last time we began the journey down the ravine and into the Valley. We talked about our intentions and desire to “Seed” our minds and hearts in our daily relationship with Christ; reflecting His ways.

Another piece to this relationship is the Presence of the Holy Spirit, that indwells us and guides us toward reflecting Christ through our lives. As the picture on the left states, “If we LIVE in the Spirit, let us also WALK in the Spirit.

As we have accepted and submitted our lives to Christ, we receive the gift of the Indwelling Holy Spirit as part of our new “Spirit”-ual relationship with God. He is like a “Spiritual” birth mark that declares you are His! We are positioned by our adoption as Sons and Daughter of the Kingdom of God. We are joint-heirs with Jesus in God’s Forever Family! As we begin to seed and grow under the tutelage of the Holy Spirit to know Christ fully, Christ’s attitudes begin to take root and flow from our hearts and minds in real life. Applying God’s Word to all facets of our lives is crucial… yet not as being religious, but by being transformed to walk and reflect the ways of Christ through our lives naturally. It’s not enough to claim we know Christ, because we go to church or act religious. We all know what that looks like, and those outside of Christ aren’t buying it. But for many in a true relationship with Jesus, that are growing and walking in grace and truth, wisdom and discernment; it’s very evident. In today’s culture they stand up and stand out… strong and courageous. Because they understand they are Ambassadors for God’s Kingdom ready to stand no matter how the Culture rages. They LIVE and Walk with the Spirit of God flowing through them so that the World may know Christ authentically. This is our prayer for YOU! Blessings! ♥
